YellowDragon
The dock workers are going on strike tomorrow. This means nothing coming in will be handled. All imported goods will be halted. So it is a good idea to stock up on basic goods. Pantry items, water, pet food, etc. because if this lasts more than 10 days, there will be a lot of food and supply shortages.

Don't forget water which is more important than food.
britanica
I am going to be stocking up on water this weekend. I usually do anyways. I like to have at least 2 months worth of water at all times as that is pretty much all I drink and I also use it to cook with, my cats drink it too. We don't use tap other than for washing.

YellowDragon
Bit of an update, it has been postponed until January. So they have officially gone back to work. There will probably be some minor delays with certain products in the coming weeks still since they were not working for 3 days. Just be sure to stock up regardless. It is always a good idea to have 3 months worth of food, water, and other supplies you may need like batteries, matches, first-aid, etc.
