britanica
Really? It is this simple to make? I am really starting to think that our medicine system is a mess when things like this can be made this easy and this inexpensive.... Who am I kidding, I know it is a mess! They want us all sick, poor, and fully dependent on a system that keeps us sick and poor The circle of modern life. lol

Cosmic
Vitamin C is something most people don't get enough of in their diets and this is why they get sick. I know someone who works in a hospital and eats 1 bell pepper everyday, raw (has over 200% vitamin C) as well as takes ester C daily and NEVER gets sick. Not once. He has been working there for 20 years and even with being around people who have been highly contagious, he just doesn't get sick. I believe if we actually support the body and give it what it needs prior to an infection, we don't need to actually depend on stuff like this to fix the problem afterward. But I know people just want to eat what they want, drink what they want, and live as they want without even considering what their body needs. Likely why so many people are so damn sick, especially in America. We use something like 75% of the world's pharmaceuticals and yet we are one of the most unhealthy nations in the world. This is still cool though and VERY useful! Edited September 17, 2022 by Cosmic
