What is motivating this modern communist push?

I understand that struggles and desperation have in the past and while there are more people in debt and struggling today than ever before in developed nations, we are still living better than ever as well. I am seeing more and more people, especially people under the age of 40 pushing for communism and socialism structures that have historically resulted it millions of deaths. So what is really going on here?

I think it is guilt and you have to deal with it. I remember a conversation with a neighbor and it must have been about controlling children. She used guilt and I wondered how long you could use it. She said, "all the way to the grave". Guilt explains why we have religion and some kind of god to worship. Marxists have been using social justice to replace the opium of the people. We are now mostly slaves to social justice and only the truth shall set you free.

That does make sense. It also must have to do with greed and jealousy. I mean really all 7 deadly sins are involved here. These people don't want to work, they want to destroy. They want everyone to gain while not contributing anything and blame things like race or gender for their shortcomings in life instead looking in the mirror and realizing they have no purpose or talent for anything.
