  1. It seems odd how certain people are obsessed with colonizing Mars as well.

When you look at creation, the fact that we have these planets means something. I am just not sure what. Maybe life did exist on other planets but events took place and they got wiped out or left. There is still so much people don't even understand about Earth yet.

  2. I wonder how much of this is going to be used and replace a lot of graphic designers. Like in terms of ads, logos, and designs. It seems like a lot of general work is going to be completely replaced by robots in the near future.

  3. I messed around with some AI generators. It can make some pretty wild pictures. Have you seen this? It was made entirely by AI.

I have to warn you, it is a bit unsettling...Very creepy!

In a blog post, Neuralink announced that recruitment is open for the first-in-human clinical trial of its wireless brain-computer interface (BCI). The Precise Robotically Implanted Brain-Computer Interface (PRIME) study will evaluate the safety of Neuralink's implant (N1) and surgical robot (R1) and assess whether the device can help paralyzed people control external devices with their thoughts.

"The first human patient will soon receive a Neuralink device. This ultimately has the potential to restore full body movement," Musk posted on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.

"In the long term, Neuralink hopes to play a role in AI risk civilizational risk reduction by improving human to AI (and human to human) bandwidth by several orders of magnitude," he added. "Imagine if Stephen Hawking had had this."

I don't know about anyone else here but this worries me. I understand that something like this could help a lot of people, help people walk again and stuff... But it is a slippery slope that I can't help but be afraid of. It is only a matter of time before this technology is either used against people or as a weapon of war. Think super soldiers. Part of me hopes it fails but not in a bad way, I don't want nothing to happen to the first person receiving it.

  5. I am noticing more and more focus on older styled video games. Think side-scrollers and arcade style games. The success of Minecraft kind of put a lot of things into perspective. Most AAA titles these days come with problems. They take years to make, have worse story telling than years prior, and while the graphics are amazing the games themselves are loaded with bugs.

Do you think retro gaming will make a comeback?

  6. I am fairly certain it requires paid software to code and it is not cheap. I understand wanting to make one though. Some things are lacking on the platform. There are options for making it to new members can have colored letters, whatever the first letter is of the username. They are generated at random in terms of color. One of them allows you to select certain colors to be randomized.

  7. Grisham demanded a gun ban in New Mexico last Friday and it backfired. No pun intended.

She issued a 30 ban under the guise of it being a "public health and safety threat" but both citizens and cops were not having it. Protests with guns were seen over the weekend and everyone told her no. Why? She wanted to remove constitutional rights from the people. Both the left and the right are outraged and many are demanding she not only be removed from power but face charges.

This is a good sign. The good people are winning.

  8. People were talking about this on another forum I am on so I wanted to share it here.

I guess about 20 years ago, Aaron spotted a UFO with his own eyes. He mentioned this before and was mocked over it but now the NFL is highlighting it. I can't help but feel this is suspicious. Here is a clip from 7 years ago:

And this is a tweet by the NFL from yesterday:

    nfltweet.png.6e428f5b128201a784600973c047a598.png

He was previously mocked by several people over talking about it but now HBO is platforming his experiences.

Why now? Why not take him more seriously 7 years ago?

  9. We have civil strife already and the politicians and the corporate media are making sure the tension and hate stays geared at each other. They want factions fighting, the less we blame them, the easier they can rule over us. Some have said they are using Mao tactics and I can see it. But people are waking up. More and more people are seeing the lies. I can't see it leading to a civil war. At least not anytime soon.

  10. From my understanding, the government had wanted this land from the locals for decades. They have tried offering millions to buy it and most locals say no, it is their home. Prior to everything happened, water supplies was redirected so had a fire broke out, they would not have been able to control it. This was a week prior. Keep that in mind.

When the fire started, the did not use the alarm system in place to warn people. Hours prior the power was out so school was canceled. This left mostly a population of children and seniors at home. They claimed to have controlled the fire and sent fire fighters 45 minutes away for a different fire. Shortly after, the fire was let loose and everything was up in flames. They closed the main road out of the area and police were blocking people from leaving over a downed power line. So they were forced to sit and wait. The ones that survived broke through the closed road set up by the police and fled. The rest died in their cars waiting or attempted to jump in the water nearby, many of which drowned.

As many as 2,000 people are missing but they don't know the exact number. FEMA showed up, made promises, and have all but left. Many people are without nothing. Not a dime to even afford food or a place to stay. The government told them they are buying out the land and they have one of two choices... Take the money or have nothing.

This was intentional. I am 100% certain of that.

  11. I am not a big fan of Trump. I think he says and does some funny things but I also think he says and does some really stupid things. I support him though and want him to win in 2024 because the system in America has been beaten and abused, used and spit on for too long.

  12. We saw the fire but so much of this story makes no sense. I am just suspicious of everything these days. A lot of information coming out just makes this look intentional like the fact that FEMA was turned away and told not to document things. The government knew of the high heat risk and did not issue any warnings. Water stores were redirected away from the island...

And most recently, it is reported that hundreds of children have gone missing.

  13. We have seen worse 20, 30, 40, even 50 years ago. It comes in patterns. They will get worse until they won't. The weather and "climate" cycle just like the seasons but they tend to have longer seasons. So for example, we have had 4 winters where it was fall weather for Christmas and the change started to happen last season, so we should expect colder temps earlier and more snow. This will continue to get worse and then stop usually by year 10 and then it starts over again. This is what I have noticed anyways in my location.

  14. Did you see Disney shot down a movie that Netflix picked up because it was "too gay" even for Disney? What is going on right now??

I think having characters who are gay is fine but not in children's programming. I mean same sex adult relationships shouldn't even be heavily focused on. Outside of "mom and dad".

This is what a lot of people are suspecting to be behind the spike in "trans youth". Most of these children are shown to be autistic. I just hope people realize it before it is too late. I don't want to see thousands of children as adults regretting everything pushed onto them when they are older.

I have nothing against trans people and I do feel for their struggles but I agree that there isn't something right about everything happening. It seems money seems be a big factor in the push of this, possibly sterilization and population control too who knows. Some have brought up they might be prepping kids to be comfortable with transhumism. Who knows. I just know there is enough studies to show that kids/teens should be physically mature before doing anything with their hormones or surgery. For most girls this is around 22 years old and most boys, 18 years old from my understanding.

I am ashamed to admit this but I recently found out that the bald eagle sound, you know the patriotic sound of America is all a lie! A BIG STICKING LIE! They use a hawk's sound for it. Bald eagles actually sound much softer and not aggressive at all.

I found out about this a few years ago. I live near a zoo and the bald eagles that are protected there are free to come and go as they please. One was in a pine tree in my back yard making a "funny" sound. I thought something was wrong. Low and behold... it was the actual sound of a bald eagle lol

  17. Just keep in mind, they don't even understand how pain killers work but they still tell people to use them. As years go on, we are realizing more and more negative effects of them because inflation is a body's natural response to try to repair or heal something.

I don't trust vaccines and never have. I had the standard ones as a kid cause I was a kid and really didn't have a choice in the matter. I have never had a flu shot though. Not a single one. Neither has my brother or mother. My mother supposedly has leukemia but never gets sick. So much of what they say and do makes little to no sense.

I think there is a time and place for medication, shots, etc. but they are overused and abused and that is why so many people in developed nations are more unhealthy than ever before. I remember reading a study that stated people without health insurance in America (i.e. those who seldom go to the doctor) are healthier on average, even if they consume alcohol, smoke, etc.

  18. I noticed an uptick in things like depression, anxiety, transgenderism, and all sorts of phobias in the last 10 years and it seems like social media is playing a huge role in all of this spreading. I guess it is just making people doubt themselves and become unhappy. Do you think it would benefit people to spend less time on social media platforms?
