I think a combination of the two can prove to be useful not only for environmental problems but for energy. It just gets under my skin that because the US stopped being backed by gold in the 70s, they are hellbent on stopping anything like this because they know USD will be worthless. It needs to be returned to the gold standard some way, some how.
