I typed in breakfast cereal with fruit loops and chocolate, (obviously the text needs some work but the graphics is impressive).

A book on overunity, l know text.

And the last two l asked it for a new design for lemonade, (picked the best ones but still impressive).

  2. I have been messing about with it, (can't do anything animated) but it can do images.

    lIRel0p.jpg

Redesigned a Snickers bar in 10 seconds flat, (gives 4 images l am showing the best one) along with changing one word to avoid any issues.

But the Coke can one blew me away, (20 seconds flat to do 4 and each one is 1024 across or full screen).

Now l am impressed with it, (l have Photoshop and a product design program and it would take me hours to do this probably longer).

  3. Found out l can access the Microsoft one on Bing.

Here is what it gave me when l asked it for a joke (probably took 10 seconds with no cut and paste).

    Quote

    Sure! Here’s a light-hearted joke for you:

    Why don’t scientists trust atoms?

    Because they make up everything!

Also tried it with a short story on cats and was impressed with the outcome, (there doesn't seem to be any way to cut and paste that one).

What were the ones that shot arrows called? Those have always fascinated me. Never looked into how they work.

That was the Archimedes Claw one, and if you are fascinated by those you have to watch the Indiana Jones latest movie, (can't say anymore without spoiling the movie).

I saw it, my daughter wanted to see Oppenheimer or Barbie and I wanted really wanted to see Margot Robbie in Barbie.

I thought it was alright, and liked seeing the Ugly Betty actress again.

If you follow the movie through the Barbie mindset it kind of works not keen on the part where the Barbie girls take on the Barbie men don't think that worked yet the rest was ok, for me.

Not sure if I will see Oppenheimer at 3 hours and given the subject matter not sure I will like it .

I will try and watch this though

    https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7599146/

Yeah, just finished watching it, and it was good for the first hour then went downhill from there, (choreographed fight scenes).

Sure this will end up on free to air like Charlies Angels has and did, and l wouldn't recommend renting or buying unless you are a fan or curiosity gets the better of you.

And as a comparison the latest Indiana Jones movie is a black BMW and this a beetle with one of its headlights missing, ...Pink Beatle of course!

  6. After watching the Indiana Jones and the Temple of Time, (well something like that) l got thinking about Archimedes and what he did to protect his city from being overtaken by the Romans by sea.

    https://sciencing.com/weapons-invented-by-archimedes-12756747.html

Archimedes was born in the ancient Greek city-state of Syracuse in 287 B.C. He is remembered as one of the greatest mathematicians and scientists of all time.

    Catapults

He used those to fire projectiles weighing almost a ton each at invaders.

    Archimedes Claw

The defenders of Syracuse used this principle by firing ropes with a crow's-head-shaped device at the Roman ships and pulling on the ropes to overturn the ships or to dash them on Syracuse's rugged coastline.

    Burning Mirrors

    Quote

Twelfth century historians John Tzetzes and John Zonares credit Archimedes with using a system of mirrors to direct the heat of the sun at Roman ships, setting them ablaze. Zonares goes so far as to claim that Archimedes destroyed the Roman fleet this way. Many modern historians and scientists consider these claims dubious. However, a team of Massachusetts Institute of Technology engineering students were successful in replicating the feat of setting a ship ablaze using only mirrors in a 2005 set test, lending plausibility to the legend that Archimedes invented a death ray using mirrors.

    Steam Cannon

Which allegedly used rapidly-heated steam to propel a projectile, and engineering students also successfully tested the steam cannon's feasibility, using a design similar to the one Leonardo credited to Archimedes.

You can just download it? I haven't been on windows in awhile but anytime I needed it, I just ported it over to other computers from one that was updated. Would not be shocked if they started charging people for it though.

Thanks but l have a free version of Photoshop, illustrator and l know from experience that if l try to use that with W10 it won't work and l would be forced to subscribe about $600 per year.

  8. Just found out you need Windows 10 or later for it to Bluetooth or plug to your Laptop, PC. :classic_sad:

I have Windows 7Pro, but that is ok l had to email images across to load up better Wallpapers on the Tablet.

The only other option is pulling the Mini SD, and you have to press so hard l fear breaking the tool they included and it probably wouldn't work anyway.

Can't have everything, but l love the versatility of it, (took it outside today while doing some jobs and it more than paid for itself during that time.):classic_happy:

My father has the M8. He uses it to browse online as the phone screen is too much of a pain for him. He needed a bigger screen but didn't want a laptop. My mother actually got it for him this past Christmas and it is really nice. I was shocked considering it is not a super expensive tablet.

Been playing around with it, (put on eToro and Tradingview) and hooking up Wi Fi was very easy, so it is a very solid OS.

Not perfect with a slight lag with online browsing and the camera and video is pretty bad, as is watching something on Netflix, YouTube, (well N, T are good but this cannot handle HD and would fall in a heap with 4k.

But l purely bought it for business purposes so anything else is a bonus.

  10. I basically need one for Stock market trading, and cannot afford a clam shell mobile phone one, $1600.

This can fit in your hand and l can use this for charts and getting in and out of trades while on the go, or just as long as free Wi Fi is available since this cannot use phone towers or has no sim card.

There have been a few times when l wanted to hold but had to get out before going down to the shopping center then kicked myself when l went into an electronics store and checked the price point and saw how much l could have made. :classic_angry:

This device is light and should pay for itself pretty quickly, (considered laptops/tablet type setups but they are just too heavy and with the fan issue you really need to turn it off before putting in your bag).

A new toy that will make me money,...sweet. :classic_cool:

We have civil strife already and the politicians and the corporate media are making sure the tension and hate stays geared at each other. They want factions fighting, the less we blame them, the easier they can rule over us. Some have said they are using Mao tactics and I can see it. But people are waking up. More and more people are seeing the lies. I can't see it leading to a civil war. At least not anytime soon.

Agreed that is what happens when stupid people try to outwhit smart ones, (their tactics are obvious) and when stupid has too much power they tend to hang themselves in time.

Well taking the plunge with this one this weekend, since the music video l found has me intrigued, (Best Music from the 70's etc) and this is from 1985 so it is always entertaining to see present day actors in their 20's.

Finished watching it, and as someone said when l did a search, "it wasn't a great movie but fun".

Fun to see Helen Hunt in her twenties, and the cars tv's etc from that era and l have at least two songs from this movie in my Best Music etc thread.

I hate to admit it since l have been rolling my eyes for months over this one, but it is worth renting. :classic_happy:

  13. The world is in a transitional phase at present or is between a new golden age and an evil world where technology has allowed mass genocide while not saying it.

We will have anti gravity and free energy before long then all out disclosure with alien life, since UFO's are buried because of those two threats to oil.

I figure that we will see a family of grays walking through our shopping centers after the year 2035 and we won't think twice about it, (Mars).

Can I say a movie I would not recommend? I got dragged into going to see the Barbie movie and I hated most of it but I will be honest, Ken was the shining star of the movie. I actually felt bad for him. The entire movie just has Barbie and friends crapping on him while he is pouring his heart and soul out to her. Yikes.

Sure you can this thread is really about watching something then giving an honest review later on, (but you can also give feedback for a movie you are going to watch also). :classic_cool:
